Eric and Dane Cameron set to drive the #31 Whelen Engineering Cadillac DPI.V.R Prototype
Eric continues to drive in his 10th year driving for Sonny Whelen’s Motorsport program. The Whelen program continues with Action Express Racing prepping the Whelen Engineering Cadillac DPI.V.R Prototype. Driving duties in the #31 red and white Cadillac Prototype will be Eric and Dane Cameron for the season with Mike Conway driving in the endurance races.

Eric and Dane Cameron win the 2016 IMSA Prototype Championship with 2 wins and 7 podiums.

Driving duties in the #31 red and white Corvette Prototype will be Eric and Dane Cameron for the season with Simon Pagenaud and Scott Pruett helping in the endurance races.

Eric continues his 9th year driving for the Whelen's Motorsport program. This year the Whelen program teams up with Action Express Racing. Driving duties in the #31 red and white Corvette Prototype will be Eric and Dane Cameron for the season with Max Papis helping in the endurance races. For the first time in years Eric won’t be driving in the Continental series as his main focus will be on the Prototype program. Eric and Dane won 2 Prototype races at Detroit and Road America with a 3rd place finish in the Championship.
Eric continues his 8th year driving for the Whelen's Motorsport program. New for 2014 the Whelen team moves from the Rolex GT class into the IMSA Tudor Prototype class with a new #31 DP Corvette. Eric and Boris Said continue doing the driving duties and finish the season with two top 5's. Eric also continued his 4th year driving for Mike McCalmont's Team Chevy CKS Auto Sport program in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series. Eric and Lawson Aschenbach continued the driving duties for the team but in the new Camaro Z28R. Eric qualified on the pole at Watkins Glen the two won the Road America Continental race and had three top 3's.2013
Eric and Boris Said continue a full season of driving for Whelen Motorsports Grand Am Rolex GT program in their #31 Corvette C6. Lawson Aschenbach joined an absent Boris Said for the last Rolex race at Limerock where they won starting from the pole. Eric and Boris also finished 2nd, 3rd, and 5th throughout the season.
Eric and Lawson Aschenbach continue driving the #01 Team Chevy CKS Autosport Camaro SS in the Continental Tire Sports Car challenge with two 5th place finishes.
Eric was hired by NDS Motorsports to drive the #53 Waste Management Dodge Charger in Nascar Nationwide series at Watkins and Montreal. He was running in 12th when they had a gearbox failure.2012

Lawson Aschenbach joins Eric in the #01 Team Chevy CKS Autosport Camaro SS in the Continental Tire Sports Car challenge with one win at Indy, two 2nd place finishes and a 4th place finish.

CKS Auto Sport hires Eric to co-drive with Ashley McCalmont for a full season in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. Their highest finishes were 6th and 7th.2010
Eric and Whelen Motorsports make the move to the Rolex Grand Am Rolex GT series in their #31 Whelen Corvette. Whelen hires Boris Said to co-drive with Eric and they had 2 poles, and one 6th place finish in their first year.
CKS Auto Sport hires Eric to co-drive with Ashley McCalmont in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge for last race and to continue into 2012.
Bill McCanally hires Eric for Nascar West race at Miller and Eric almost wins but comes home 2nd with a flat tire on the last lap.
Eric was hired by Fall Line Motorsports to drive one Conti GS race with Andy Pilgrim in a BMW M3. Mechanical issues brought them home in 9th.
Eric was also hired by JP Racing to drive a Camaro at the SCCA Runoffs at Road America. Eric came home 2nd but the team had a technical infraction.2009

LG Motorsports hires Eric to drive in two ALMS races in a GT2 Corvette in which they finish 4th at St Pete.
Compass 360 hires Eric for one race at New Jersey in a Honda Civic ST Conti car. Eric leads with 3 laps to go and has to let two teammates by for points, Eric finishes 3rd.
Eric tries his hand in three oval racing in a Chevy Monte Carlo for Whelen Motorsports in the Nascar series with a highest finish of 16th.2008

Eric continues with Georgian Bay Motorsports factory Chevy Cobalt program in the Grand Am Continental ST series. Together they have four wins, five top 5's and won the championship that year.
Eric drives the Whelen Motorsports Chevy Monte Carlo to a 6th place finish after starting last in the Nascar East race at Limerock due to Qualifying being rained out.
Realtime Acura hires Eric back for two races in World Challenge TC where Eric finishes 5th and 6th.
LG Motorsports hires Eric to drive two ALMS races in a GT2 Corvette. They finish as high as 6th at Miller.
Farnbacher Loles hires Eric to drive the Rolex 24hr in a Porsche GT3 teamed with Frank Stippler and Pierre Kaffer. Radiator damage shuffles them back to a 12th place finish.
Leighton Reese Motorsports hires Eric to drive the factory Pontiac in the Grand Am Rolex GT race at Miller. Mechanical troubles end in a 12th place finish.
ACS Express hires Eric and Boris Said to drive the 25hr at Thunder hill to a 4th place Finish.
Hale Motorsports hires Eric to drive a Mazda Playboy cup race at Laguna where he finishes 5th.
Sonny Whelen's Motorsport team hires Eric for a full season in World Challenge GT in a Corvette C6. Eric wins the first two races and continues to one pole and 4 wins total for the season. After leading the championship, mechanical troubles took Eric out for the championship lead in 5 races. Eric lead the most laps in the season.
Eric continues driving for Georgian Bay Motorsports factory Chevy Cobalt program in the Grand Am Continental ST series where they have 2 wins, 2 poles, and 3 top 3 finishes.

Eric races in his first SCCA national season in a Chevy Camaro Z28 and wins the SCCA Runoffs National Championship and five wins, 4 poles and sets 3 track records for the season.
Eric Raced in the SCCA ITB series in a Volvo 142 winning 4 championships, 22 races and earned 12 poles.
Eric began his racing career in 1994 racing around the North East.
20 years later Eric has won 25 professional races, 16 poles, and 5 championships. Wins IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar GTD Class Championship in a Turner Motorsport BMW Z4 GT3 scoring 4 wins 6 podiums and 2 poles. Pulls double duty for the first time racing in the Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge Championship with Tim Bell Racing in a Nissan 370z.
Competes in Grand-Am Daytona Prototype with Team Sahlen in a BMW Riley. 2 poles at Road America and Lime Rock Park in Dane’s and teams first full season in prototype. Races in the last four races of the ALMS championship in the PC class taking 3 poles and 2 podiums helping teammate Michael Guasch to secure the PC Drivers Championship.
Competes in Grand-Am GT with Team Sahlen in a Mazda RX-8. Scoring Dane and Team Sahlen’s first GT victory at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the last professional victory for the Mazda RX-8 GT car, as well as two other podiums. Races with Dempsey Racing in ALMS Sebring 12hr in PC and Petit Le Mans in LMP2.
