WPS-2900 SERIES CABINET
The Whelen Engineering Mass Notification Division has designed and assembled a new electronics assembly cabinet. Our new manufacturing process now enables us to make our Type I and Type II cabinets at our own facilities. Additionally, adding a double battery box to the bottom of a Type II cabinet allows us to provide a Type III cabinet for our WPS2906-WPS2910 Series.
Our New Hampshire facility now includes one of the largest metal shops in all of North America. All of the metal parts used in our assembly process throughout all of our divisions are cut, bent, stamped and rolled at this facility. Our recent multi-million dollar expansion into laser cutting, laser marking and bending machines has allowed us to create a cabinet, based on our current specifications, with relative ease while reducing our lead times. This expansion also includes powder coat painting which enables us to provide a cabinet in any color and in any type of metal to meet just about any specification!
