Technical Service/Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY-
- Assist customers over the phone to answer troubleshooting questions regarding Whelen automotive and aviation products.
- Assist customers with automotive and aviation sales and application related questions.
- Extensive telephone contact with our regional sales managers, field service staff, distributors, and end users.
- Assist customers with providing part numbers, identifying part numbers, and provide pricing and product information.
REQUIREMENTS-
- Must have knowledge of Whelen products.
- Technical background in electronics is preferred.
- Can work in a flexible and stressful environment.
- Professional telephone etiquette required.
- Maintains composure under pressure.
