Core-S®
Core-S® is a compact, all-in-one vehicle control system designed for space-constrained installations such as under dashboards or in center consoles. Now available with enhanced safety and control features from Core+, included at no additional cost and with no subscription required.
Combining siren, input/output, and control functionality into a single streamlined unit, Core-S offers a versatile solution for emergency and utility vehicles where space and simplicity matter. Its design supports flexible system configurations while maintaining reliable performance across different vehicle setups.
Powered by WeCanX®, Whelen’s CAN-based communication system, Core-S enables coordinated communication with multiple connected devices, allowing seamless integration with WeCanX-enabled products such as Tracer™, Arges®, lightbars, sirens, and more. This architecture supports technologies like Dynamic Variable Intensity™ (DVI™) patterns, which automatically adjust warning light output to improve nighttime visibility and reduce glare.
Core-S also supports Digital Voice Messaging (DVM), allowing pre-recorded messages to be played at the touch of a button to enhance communication during critical operations.
